Old-Fashioned White
Fudge with Almonds
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups of white
chocolate baking pieces
1 ½ cups of sweetened
condensed milk
1 ½ cups of chopped
almonds
1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla
Directions:
-
Line a cookie sheet
with tin foil and butter the foil.

In a large pot melt
white chocolate and milk on low heat, until chocolate is melted.

Stir in nuts and
vanilla.
-
Pour onto cookie
sheet.
-
Let cool for about
2 hours.

Break fudge into
abstract shapes

Old-Fashioned Caramel
Corn
Ingredients:
10 cups of popped
popcorn
1 cup of brown sugar
7 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of light
corn syrup
¼ teaspoon of baking
soda
½ teaspoon of vanilla
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:

Pour popcorn into a
baking dish and keep warm in 250 degree oven.

In a pot mix brown
sugar, butter, lemon juice and corn syrup. Cook until mixture has
boiled for about 6 minutes.

Remove from heat
and stir in baking soda and vanilla.

Pour caramel
mixture over popcorn and stir to make sure all popcorn is covered.

Bake at 300 degrees
for about 5 minutes.
Baby Peanut Butter
Balls
Ingredients:
¾ cup of smooth peanut
butter
3 tablespoons of butter
1 ¼ cup of icing sugar
8 ounces of chocolate
flavoured candy coating (cut up)
Directions:

Mix peanut butter
and butter.

Gradually add
sugar.

Shape batter into
balls and place on wax paper.
-
Melt candy coating
in a pot, constantly stirring until smooth.
-
Dip balls into the
melted candy coating one at a time.
-
Place back on waxed
paper and let cool.
You will want to warn your baby shower guests that this candy recipe is
made of peanut butter in case any of your guests have a peanut allergy.
